標準空間(template (standard) space)にあるJHU-ICBM-labels-1mm.nii.gz、JHU-ICBM-tracts-maxprob-thr25-1mm.nii.gz をDWI空間に位置合わせしてROI解析するスクリプト。

前提条件
「/opt/mrtrix3/share/mrtrix3/labelconvert/fs_default.txt」がある前提で走ります。
